While so much focus is placed on the birth itself, the days and weeks that follow are when families are learning, healing, adjusting, and becoming. We believe postpartum support is just as important as birth support, and we refuse to leave you hanging once your baby goes from being in your belly to being in your arms.
From pregnancy through postpartum, we’re here to provide the education, reassurance, and hands-on care you need to feel supported, confident, and cared for through every transition.
While we specialize in birth and postpartum doula support, we also offer professional photography to preserve the moments you’ll want to remember forever. You only get to meet this baby for the first time once, and we believe those memories deserve to be captured and cherished for a lifetime.

We can't recommend Hays enough. The investment in their doula and photography services gave us peace of mind that regardless of how and when Baby came, I would have support (something missing from my previous birth experiences). I never felt judged and pressured to do anything I wasn't 1000% comfortable with during the entire birthing process - empowerment all the way. I actually knew before I was pregnant that I wanted their doula support because of their ability to cut through BS (something I knew I would need birthing in a hospital) while balancing an empathetic ear and down-to-earth approach.
