Empowerment comes with doula support and looks like; sharing evidence based education and traditional wisdom, continuous non judgemental unbiased support, unwavering advocacy for you and what you want for your birth, your body, and your baby, partner support as applicable (so they can better support you and have a better experience themselves!), and hands on comfort techniques for your relaxation and comfort.

The Empowered birth package - Birth Doula
If you want a powerful and joyful birth journey, or if you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed about any part of bringing your baby into your family, then get this package to up-level your
birth journey experience! Infusing it with confidence, comfort, and clarity every step of the way.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- A complimentary “meet-and-greet” consultation
- Private prenatal visit(s) to discuss birth preferences, learn coping techniques relaxation skills, and foster relationship
- Monthly group prenatals with the JMS Births team
- Unlimited support via phone and email, till 2 weeks postpartum
- On-call 24/7 for your labor
- Continuous support for you and your partner during labor & birth
- Facilitate parent/baby postpartum bonding
- Lactation & breastfeeding support
- Private postpartum home visit to support you with anything you need help with.
- Backup Doula support as needed, at no additional cost.
- Flat fee, regardless of labor length.
- Easily add birth and bonding photos for an additional fee.

When you really want photos of your beloved baby's journey into your arms, and also the emotional, physical, and informational support a doula provides; this package includes the best of both!
Includes everything listed in the Empowered Birth Package PLUS... Professional photography of your baby's birth story, without compromising your birth experience!
When there are moments of calm, or when your partner's got you, I'll capture the moments and memories of your baby's birth! Capturing both the big picture, as well as the little details, you'll cherish these images forever. You'll receive; a full birth story gallery of high-resolution digital images, with full printing rights, and no limit on images!

The Journey package
When you really want photos of your beloved baby's journey into your arms, and also the emotional, physical, and informational support a doula provides. This package includes the best of both!
Maternity photography + birth doula support + birth photography + newborn photography + peace of mind = invaluable!
